Michael Scott Grant, an adopted child, was born in Detroit in 1967 and taken in by Eminem's family attorney, Martin Grant, a judicial candidate and his beloved wife Rochelle. Growing up in suburban Southfield afforded him a great education, which continued on to Eastern Michigan and Michigan State Universities, earning a Bachelor of Arts in film marketing & multiple other degrees. 

Braces, acne and a Scoliosis brace may have limited his early love life but then shaped his character getting him through some tough times that everyone goes through.

He's generally the exception to the rules. A true Renaissance man skilled in talent development, media content production, business consultation, award-winning writing, promotions and marketing as well as having been a charity CEO, home maintenance CEO, Entertainment CEO and FOX2 Problem Solver Affiliate.
