Shelley Grieser is a Christian Life Coach who specializes in helping men and women overcome broken marriages/divorce. She works with people from the beginning of their journey with divorce through their recovery from divorce. Shelley helps men and women feel empowered to create the life they want despite their broken marriage. You can recover, rebuild and enjoy life again. Shelley became a child of divorce when she was 10 years old and determined she would do things differently than her parents. Despite her desire to have a successful marriage and spare her children the experience of coming from a broken family, Shelley’s own marriage ended in divorce in 2002. Shelley’s journey through divorce as an adult was an incredible learning experience, both personally and spiritually. In her pursuit to overcome divorce, Shelley participated in a divorce recovery group, a single mom’s support group, and individual counseling to help her understand and process her divorce. Shelley was humbled by the experience of her divorce and developed enormous compassion for others going through divorce. It became her passion to take what she had learned going through divorce and use it to help others. She determined Life Coaching was the best avenue for coming alongside people to encourage, educate and empower them to get through this devastating life event. Shelley received her Christian life coaching certification and began her coaching practice called “A Hope Filled Future.” Besides one on one coaching, she provides valuable information writing posts on her blog, ezine articles, teleseminars and will be launching an introductory workshop in September called; “The Divorce Support Workshop: Navigating the Process with Fortitude and Grace.”
