Tommy Lanham is a L.I.F.E. Coach and L.I.V.E. Speaker. He is "Americas Expert Enthusiator" adding life to your life one life at a time. DR. Tracy and I will be discussing how to work through pain and suffering. Avoiding pain and suffering is not possible so what must we do about it? Dr. Tracy W. Marx, the seventh President of Louisville Bible College, is a visionary leader with high aspirations for the College’s future. Since taking the helm in March 2010, he has set in motion a series of initiatives to enhance LBC’s education and campus experience and to improve facilities that support LBC’s mission of “educating preachers and other Christian workers for Christ’s church.” He previously served on the distance learning faculty of the South African Theological Seminary and has held ministry positions at churches in Washington DC, Southwestern Indiana, Southeastern Kentucky, and Southwestern Virginia. A native of Illinois, Dr. Marx was ordained into the Christian ministry at the Lancaster Church of Christ in 1994. He holds an Associate in Science degree from Wabash Valley College, a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson Bible College, a Master of Divinity degree from Emmanuel School of Religion, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Trinity Theological Seminary. President Marx’s work has appeared in such publications as The Washington Times and The Journal of the Evangelical Homiletics Society. He has received awards for outstanding preaching in addition to holding memberships in the Delta Epsilon Chi Honor Society and the National Omicron-Psi Honor Society. He is married to Angela, whom he met when they were students at Johnson Bible College. They have three children, ages 10, 7, and 3. Dr. Marx is happy to be serving as President of Louisville Bible College and believes deeply in its mission and its ministry to be THE premier Bible College for adult learners. He is leading LBC to the next level of excellence and Christian service.
