About Daryl Martin

An established voice in the voluntary sector, Daryl Martin has served as a trustee for a wide range of charities of different shapes and sizes. He has played various key roles with a number of organisations, and is currently on the board of a private school. He now heads a team of specialists serving numerous charities across the UK.
Daryl himself specialises in the important work of governance for smaller organisations, particularly the roles of board and management and how they interact. A trouble-shooter and problem solver, he is often called on to steer charities through their challenges. He sends out a monthly bulletin to nearly 10,000 subscribers and regularly blogs on charity and other issues.
