• REMEMBERING A GIANT:  This week Elijah Cummings died this week of health complications at the young age of 68.  We will remember this outstanding american this morning
• JUDGE UNDER FIRE:  Judge Tammy Kemp is facing heat for giving former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger a hug at the conclusion of Guyger's murder trial a few weeks ago.  We will hear from the judge this morning.
• SENSELESS:  Atatiana Jefferson was shot and killed by a Ft Worth Police officer while playing video games with her nephew.  We know the answer to the questions, but we are going to ask anyway....why?
