Inventor Gangstalked and Forcefully RFID Chipped

James Walbert an inventor of a potentionally billion dollar invention became a Targeted Individual and forcefully implanted with an RFID chip in his brain and suffers subsequent remote electronic abuse. His targeting began when an investor who was a friend threatened that if he didn't give him a larger percentage of the profits from the invention he would discredit him and steal the whole invention.  He told him he would be gangstalked.  Not only has Mr. Walbert been gangstalked but he has also suffered from electronic torture, and hearing electronically generated tones, including popping and ringing sounds.  We will discuss and review an audio of Mr. Walbert discussing this horrific crime and will discuss one of the latest RFID chips the electronic skin tattoo.
