2011 Congressional Veteran Commendation recipient, Elizabeth McCormick has traveled the country as an inspirational speaker. Taking the challenges faced in her years as a female Black Hawk Helicopter pilot and Chief Warrant Officer for the United States Army to everyday obstacles is what makes her presentation exceptional.

Elizabeth is a founding member of the John Maxwell Team and a certified coach, trainer and speaker, as well as an award-winning sales consultant. She has facilitated trainings at many national conventions and been featured as a main stage keynote speaker.

Elizabeth has co-authored two books: Women Entrepreneur Extraordinaire and Succeeding in Spite of Everything and has her own book due out in October 2012, Soaring Further.
