We usually make resolutions that focus on the negative aspects of our life such as losing weight or quitting something. Instead how about saying" I will love my body" or" I will love to breathe everyday" 

Join Stony Brook University student Peter Brindley and his group to discuss common everyday challenges to shifting our words, our thoughts and our barriers to happiness to shift towards a focus on the positive.  Maybe 2017 is time to start breaking habits learned and formed in our subconscious.
