Welcome to the Mindful Change Exchange! I’m your host, Billie Frances, founder of Guiding Mindful Change. It is my joy to bring us to learn, share, and grow by expanding our awareness of what is, who we are and how we choose our experiences.

In today’s episode, my guest Joann Donnelly and I will discuss strategies to incorporate the skills of coaching into business and personal life.

Joann Donnelly is Executive Director of Healthy Living and Chronic Disease programs for the YMCA of Greater Boston. She manages the brand strategy of Healthy Living for the Boston Y, which includes all areas of wellness operations, member engagement and the chronic disease portfolio of diabetes management, cancer survivorship, and youth/adult/family obesity programs and services. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology, and was certified as a Health/Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine. She is Board- certified as a Life Coach through The Center for Education and Credentialing, having received her coaching certification through Guiding Mindful Change, Inc. in 2005. She holds multiple Faculty training positions for the YMCA of the USA. She is a single mother with three kid ages 11, 7, and 7.
