Welcome to the Mindful Change Exchange! I’m your host, Billie Frances, founder of Guiding Mindful Change. It is my joy to bring us to learn, share, and grow by expanding our awareness of what is, who we are and how we choose our experiences.

In today’s episode, my guest Christine Rowe and I will discuss how “coaching” practices support Christine’s consulting practice as a resource development consultant.  She will define resource development and we will go over the differences and similarities of a coach and a consultant.
Dr. Christine Rowe helps professionals and organizations get the resources they need. She has supported 100s of service projects and professionals for over 25 years, serving in diverse roles.  As a project specialist, external evaluator and program administrator, she has designed, implemented and evaluated over 1000 service projects.  Resource Development clients range from private and public, for- and not-for-profits, small business owners and international membership organizations to Amazon tribal communities. Her research on which key factors make a service project fundable has been carried out in four countries. While each project and client is unique; her consulting/coaching blended approach successfully ensures each client develops effective solutions to fulfill their specific goals.
