C.I.B. RADIO BROADCAST, A DIVISION OF THOR RADIO NETWORK;

     Today C.I.B. will demonstrate in a few cases, why the Consumer must be the Authority in determining the liabilities,  claims and actions to be taken against Debt Collectors. It is obvious the Courts are reluctant to apply the Consumer Protection Laws properly and consistently in favor of Consumers. Im this instance Consumers must be prepared to engage a unwilling Court, Judge who will abuse Civil Procedure and other legal tactics to cause conflict, confusion, and utter chaos which benefits the Debt Collectors, Judge and the Court. Are you still allowing Licensed Attorneys to litigate in a Consumer Protection case.? Are you still receiving Pleadings, Opinions demands to comply with Civil Rules that conflict with the Law of the Case, which is the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, marinated in Legalese, a foreign religious language known only by those who are members of this private society?

      The CFPB, FTC who has broad authority to interpret, enact laws, enforce Consumer Protection which exceeds any perceived, alleged authority claimed by the inferior Courts. As Consumers, we must be firm in our communications, stance of enforcing the law, even in the face of the Courts, whose allegience appear not be in the interests of the Consumer. JOIN C.I.B. on Tuesday as we demonstrate clearly, the Courts are at odds with the Government, Congress when their job is to enforce the Law, not try to create the Law, interpret the Law.

   A Consumer's authority can never be questioned as long as it is reasonable. Courts have appearingly taken sides with Debt Collectors, Attorneys engaged in a practice (Debt Collection) that they are not prohibited from engaging in, but are prohibited from doing so as Attorneys.
