  C.I.B. Radio Broadcast Airs on Tuesday. C.I.B. is a Consumer Intelligence Bureau that takes debt collection and Consumerism to another Planet where it should be. The difference in Planets, Communications for the Consumer and the Debt Collector is paramount to ensure the Consumer is able to maintain its protections, language, comprehension and sanity.    The Congress enacted the Consumer Protection Statutes to insulate the least sophisticated Consumer, from tricks, traps, cages, dead letter language (Legalese) used by the non attorneys. An attorney is not an Attorney when collecting a debt from a Consumer, even indirectly. However, many private Tribunals, at a State level, who have no authority under federal Consumer laws, allow, enable, encourage, and support the oppression of the Consumer. This is a serious issue for many Consumers who do not know about complex legal writing and procedures, especially legal language. The United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has provided a guide, authority, Case precedence, Amicus Briefs, Rules, Regulations for every Debt Collector, corporation, Court, Attorney, otherwise. The CFPB acts "for" Consumers, so the Consumers can act for themselves.
