Product Review: GoPro Hero 3+

The GoPro Hero series of cameras has gained recognition as the little camera that could.  GoPros have been used by Red Bull and other marketers to film epic stunts in stunning HD.  The newest edition to the GoPro family is the GoPro Hero3+.  They hype is true, this is one of the best action cams I have ever seen.

The latest addition to the GoPro line is more of an incremental revision rather than a complete overhaul.  It’s 20% smaller and lighter than its bestselling predecessor, and delivers improved image quality .  One of the new features is the “SuperView” mode, a 30% longer battery life and a slimmer profile all with no price increase from last year’s model. 

The GoPro Hero3+ takes even better HD video footage than previous models and has expanded recording options.  It weighs only 2.6 oz and has a recording time of up to 2 hours.  Sharing from your GoPro has never been easier with the GoPro app.  Enjoy enhanced connectivity with the included Wi-Fi remote which enables control of up to 50 cameras from distances up to 600 feet.
