NFL News: Buccaneers officially released K Kyle Brindza, who had missed 7 kicks the past two weeks. Redskins TE Jordan Reed sprained his right MCL and also is now in concussion protocol. The Dolphins have fired Joe Philbin. He was 24-28 since taking over as head coach in 2012.
