The mission of the business development department is to provide technical support and assistance to firms seeking to start, expand or relocate to the City of Niagara Falls.

Providing economic information and technical assistance required by investors from the inquiry phase to the successful completion of a new project.

Assisting established companies to retain local jobs, create new jobs and encourage new investment.

Maintaining an inventory of available buildings and sites to assist with site selection.

Developing efficient funding sources for potential economic development projects.

Working with local business owners to ensure needs of businesses are addressed.
