Dr. Condoleezza Rice was speaking to Sean Hannity on Fox News when she was asked about the treatment of Black Republicans.  During her response she said, "No one can tell me how to be black. I know how to be black. I've been black all my life."
 
So what does it mean to be black?  Is it our cultural experiences that define us or the color of our skin?
Why does it appear that if a person is conservative in his/her politcal beliefs some of us try to revoke his/her 'Black Card'?  Exactly what is a 'Black Card' and who has the right to issue or revoke it?
