So many of us hide behind our mask, be it sex, work, food or whatever our solace may be because we had at one time too many been hurt in our ship(s).  Be it Parent Ship, Love Ship, sometimes  Work Ship. We will be addressing  how to overcome this obsticle in our lives so that we may once again live our authentic life without having to hide and indulge in things that is stopping  us from having  healtjy fullfilling Ships.
