SEASON FINALE!

KEYWORDS: Romance, Fantasy, Dark Fantasy, Drama, Suspense, Adventure.

This segment of "The First and Last Song" features the music, humanity & spirit of composers and performers JOEL JUAN QUI from Mexico (classical/classical contemporary for piano), RUDY VAN HORNE from Canada (easy listening/classical contemporary) and guest co-host, BARRY PLAXEN (Publisher, Delaware & Hudson Canvas magazine).

JOEL JUAN QUI wrote the music score for the short film “El Mago (The Wizard).” It illustrates his ability to capture the spirit of the wizard; that combination of whimsy, enchantment, majesty, and responsibility. MR. JUAN QUI credits his composing and performing successes to the “necessary help of that enormous Energy that surrounds the universe.”

RUDY VAN HORNE’S composition “Remember Yesterday” embodies the energy of “...and the lion shall lay down with the lamb.” It takes us back to the time when love escaped anything interfering with it’s own purity, and in moments of weakness, love’s strength, sweetness and beauty always endured. MR.VAN HORNE plays multiple instruments in his own creations and orchestras.

BARRY PLAXEN is an arts and culture icon in New York’s Hudson Valley who supports the community through his magazine and in various organizations. MR. PLAXEN is a graduate of the School for the Performing Arts in New York City (featured in the movie “Fame”), and values the quantum physics realm.
