LIGHT SKIN VS DARK SKIN; HOW CAN WE MOVE PAST IT?

We wanted to end Black History Month on a discussion that we really need to get past, to be better in the future. Why do we tell others not to discriminate and then turn and do it to ourselves? It's hurtful to the person that is having it done and wrong. Or maybe you feel that your skin tone grants you privileges over others. Whatever side of the spectrum you fall on, it's not right as a people. Let's talk about moving away from the hurt.
