Join hosts Cliff Perotti and LisaP as they talk real estate with industry influencers from around the globe. This lively show contains celebrity and real estate news, a listener mail bag, and an interview with John Wong, Founder of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Listen in as he shares insights on what makes the Asian investor tick and what attracts the Asian buyer to U.S. real estate. This show was broadcast live on KEST1450 AM in San Francisco.

John Yen Wong graduated from Yale University in 1975 with a degree in Biology. He began his real estate career in 1981, and has been both a salesperson in and an owner of real estate companies. In 2003, Realtor Magazine named John as one the 25 most influential people in real estate. In 2006 the Asian Real Estate Association of America recognized him as the “Real Estate Person of the Year,” and in 2011, the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers inducted John into its “Hall of Leaders.”

In the emerging markets arena, John is the Founding Chairman of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, which he helped to form in 2002. AREAA’s charge is to be the voice of real estate professionals who serve the Asian American real estate market and to be a resource for enhancing an understanding of the Asian American real estate market.
