Kim Boyd Bermingham is the owner of Rent Board Passthroughs, a consulting firm for San Francisco rental property owners which she founded 15 years ago. Kim helps owners identify ways they can maximize their rental income using Rent Board rules that benefit them.  Rent Board Passthoughs was the recipient of the 2011 San Francisco Apartment Association's Industry Partner of the Year Award.

Kim was born and raised in San Francisco, has a degree in cultural anthropology from the University of California Berkeley, and also founded a small non--profit organization that helps San Francisco parents find resources for their children.
