Best of 2013 - Ann Keeler Evans - The Village Priestess

Ann’s life has been a series of opposites (and she loves it that way.) She has lived in small towns and large cities, on the East Coast and the West. She lived in the US and in Europe; in cultures where she knew the rules and the language; and in cultures where she had to find her way. Now she’s happily ensconced in quiet, rural Pennsylvania where she and her drummer husband, the Grammy award-winning Steve Mitchell keep themselves busy making joyful noises, sweet music and poetry. They’re always there, unless they’re needed somewhere else. (You never know who needs a Priestess. You never know who needs a drummer!)

Ann works as the Village Priestess in her own small Unitarian Universalist community and in cyber space. She’s a modern-day circuit rider traveling to create ceremony and community wherever she’s needed in the world or deep in your souls.

For years she’s focused on creating ceremony celebrating life’s passages. Now she’s finding new ways to help honor the cycles and seasons of life. She worries less about what you believe than about how you’re putting your most deeply held beliefs to work in the world. She’s fascinated by each person’s dream for Peace and longing to help you bring that to life.
