Today is February 7th… so being the math whiz that I am, we’re about 5 weeks into our New Year’s “resolutions.”  NOTE THE EARLIER TIME!  5pm EST!!!

If you workout at a gym you’re probably starting to notice this week that the crowds that were hogging up the stair machine and the treadmills since January 2nd are dropping off noticeably.

A poll by the Guardian in the UK reported that 66% of their respondents said they dropped their resolutions within the first month. Those are the people that actually admit it!

They admit to NOT being resolved for even ONE Month! I actually read in the paper the other day that in the United States 96% actually quit by the third month of the year! Only 4% stay in it to win it after making a New Year’s Resolution!

This isn’t really surprising is it?
