Born and raised in Southern California, actress Notlim Taylor will make her prime-time sitcom debut with her newest role in the much anticipated NBC comedy series “Marlon” premiering August 16. The sitcom, starring Marlon Wayans as the title character, follows his life as a co-parent and father of two, Notlim will star as his daughter ‘Marley Wayne' alongside Essence Atkins portraying her mom and Marlon’s ex-wife ‘Ashley Wayne,’ and Amir O’Neil as ‘Zachery Wayne.’ Marley Wayne is a wise beyond her years 4.0 student who relates to the calm, composed nature of her mother in contrast to the crazy, larger-than-life personality of her father; traits which Notlim herself shares with her character.

Introduced to the world of entertainment at just six years old, Notlim and her younger brother looked to their father, an actor himself, for guidance as bourgeoning performers and for their individual careers. Notlim made her television debut in 2013 as recurring character ‘Lola’ in the BET comedy series “Real Husbands of Hollywood” starring Kevin Hart. She has also been seen as a guest star on the Nickelodeon comedy “Instant Mom” and the award-winning ABC comedy series “Black-ish.”
