It is said that people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. However long it was, one thing is for certain each person is sent to teach us something so be thankful for the gifts you received from them.

Whether it's a parent, a sibling, a friend, a lover, employer, pastor, anyone and everyone who enters our lives serves as a teacher to give us greater insight about ourselves. Often what we see in others is a reflection of who we are or where we currently are in our lives. Nancy also talks about how understanding one self, the role each person plays in our life, and having a high level of self awareness can be the catalyst for the greatest transformation.
