Let Your Love Grow and Flow~

On this weeks episode of Soulistic, Mindy and Rene' will be discussing the Love Center ~ Heart or 4th chakra.   It is said that LOVE is the best medicine of all.. You can't love too much, as the hearts ability to grow and flow is limitless. Our ability exists from a place of pure love, peace and compassion as well as to heal ourselves and others, it is centered in the Heart chakra.  In order to accopmplish this, we must first learn to truly love and accept ourselves. Which is something many of us haven't been encouraged to do in our lifetime.  Many issues of grief, loneliness, jealousy or anger affect the balance of this powerful energy center.

In this weeks discussion, we will talk about clearing, balancing and filling the Heart chakra so that we can begin to exist in the fullness, hope and purity of LOVE.
