On November 23, 2016 at 6 p.m. est., I will have the pleasure of speaking with Gord E Nichols.  Gord E Nichols grew up in Winnipeg Canada back in the day when Canada's best talent shaped the local music scene. Inspired by locals like Neil Young, The Guess Who, Bachman Turner Overdrive etc. Gord E Nichols joined his first band at age 12 . By the time he was 17 Gord E was recording locally and internationally thanks to his personal manager a well known radio and television personality who discovered and promoted Gord early on. Gord E Nichols toured Canada for almost 5 years making connections and a name for himself . After being featured on a CBC music special showcasing Gord E Nichols original songs and style he landed in Banff Alberta Canada where he played sold out shows 6 nights a week for a year. One of the highlights was being contracted by the world famous Banff School of Fine Arts to entertain their students every night of the week all summer long. Gord E Nichols went on to play music non stop for 16 years in his new found home of Calgary Alberta and played parties for the Calgary Flames NHL hockey team including the NHL All Stars after party. Gord E now calls Kelowna British Columbia home and draws creative energy from the natural beauty that surrounds him.
