Hello and welcome to Nourishing Light, a place where we explore the world of food, emotions, and how your own inner light can help you achieve the level of health and happiness that you want more than anything. 

I will share my own success stories of overcoming food addiction, eating disorders, low self-esteem, and self-sabotage through my journey to discover, strengthen, and focus on my own Inner Light. 

You can also overcome your own unhealthy eating patterns and break out of self-sabotage and into self-love and self-care. This allows your light to shine, your soul purpose to be fulfilled, and your life to be just as you want it to be, and more!

And I will take callers halfway through the hour to help with guidance around issues with food, weight, and the "blocks" on your path to abundantly living your soul purpose. The Angels and Ascended Masters will be joining us, as well!
