Chis' Bakery

24yr old culinary entrepreneur from Brampton ON. Born in the small island in the West Indies called St. Vincent and the Grenadines but raised in Toronto Canada. Kelerne started in the kitchen since she was 9yrs old with her grandmother and aunts not only cooking but also baking... It was never a passion for her until just before she started attending high school where she wowed her peers and teachers with her baked goods that they assumed her grandmother made... While having the passion for food grow on her, Kelerne decided to take it a step further and attend George Brown College where she pursued culinary arts...being a skilled student in her class, Kelerne was given multiple awards from the college such as "the soda pop award in the category of "the next Julia Childs". In 2010 Kelerne decided to take her skills to another level and pursued opening her own bakery catering company called CHI'S Bakery also pronounced as KHI'S , which she named after her son Malachi, hoping in the future to pass it onto him.
