On tonight's show: We talk with Greg Bzura, tournament director for the Junior League World Series, played in Taylor, MI since 1980. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the JLWS. It doesn't get the same notoriety as the Little League World Series in Williamsport, but JLWS is the pinnacle for the players aged 13, 14, and 15. To learn more about the Junior League WS, http://www.cityoftaylor.com/worldseries is the place to start. Once we talk Junior League baseball, the Lions and Tigers move to the fore. The Lions lost their first exhibition game Saturday night, 23-7 to the Steelers. We'll give our own spin on the game, from who impressed to what positions the Lions need to improve. As for the Tigers, who took the White Sox 2 out of 3 this past weekend, and played .500 ball on the week, we'll touch on the latest news. Sunday, Armando Galarraga wanted to fight both of the Tigers' catchers. Johnny Damon is claiming Mike Ilitch is going to be a big time player in free agency, and will Carl Crawford be the target if his desire? The Tigers have till midnight tonight to sign their June draft picks, and 4 of their top 5 remain unsigned. The clock is ticking... Let's not forget the Pistons, who agreed to a one year deal with free agent swingman Tracy McGrady. At 31, does the once elite scorer, who missed almost all of last season, have anything left? As always, at the end of the show we'll also name our respective Jerk of the Week! Be here at 7PM every Monday night for the latest and greatest in sports talk...sports talk with a Detroit attitude!
