Kitty Bella Mama SPEAKS!!!!

My mommy, mama bella comes on the show to discuss her experience navigating the world as a black parent with a child who happens to be trans. We often hear the narrative that black families are not as supportive to their LGBT children, specifically Trans kids and that is simply not true. As someone who was raised muslim in the housing projects of East Harlem, my story shows how you can overcome so much stigma and still surround yourself with love from family. The road was not easy at all and we talk about some of that today and my mom will give advice to other parents who may or have gone through what she has. Join us! xoxo
