This week the Kitchen Table hosts will start the show with Self Care Saturdays. We do EVERYTHING FOR EVERYBODY and often put ourselves last or not at all. Each week the Kitchen Table will engage in a short Self Care Moment that will be easy to do and to hold each other accountable to STOP and Self Care.
