Gary’s Rotisserie Oriental Soup 1 qt. Egg Drop Sou[ (from Chinese Restaurant), 1 qt chicken broth, ½ deboned rotisserie chicken, (I use only white) 1 can drained water chestnuts,1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp chicken bullion, s&p to taste. Microwave ½ c sliced baby carrots and ¼ c diced onion in 1 c water. Pour all in when cooked. Add ½ c ea. Celery, sugar snap peas, red/green pepper and 1 c frozen peas.
