Ep. 72  How to Lose or Maintain Weight Through the Holidays, Kelly & Kim Join In  Join Julie as she interviews the Sensational Youtube Twins, Kelly & Kim of The Skinny on Weight Loss Channel. These girls have lost a total of over 185 pounds! 
Julie Tussey’s Skinny (5 Minute Gluten Free) Cheesecake
Ingredients: 2-8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Low Fat or Fat Free
2 Eggs, ½ cup of Baking Splenda or Sweetener, or Sugar
1 cup of Low Fat or Fat Free Sour Cream Mix all on high until well mixed (except sour cream). Pour into sprayed or buttered pie plate. Smooth and Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a skin develops on the top. Immediately spread 1 cup of Sour Cream on the top, and cool.

Pumpkin Pie Without Crust
Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin, 1 cup fat free milk or Kroger carbmaster milk
1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 3/4 cup of Swerve sweetener or Splenda, 1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Mix all and bake in a pie tin or plate at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. 3sp for the whole pie and 1sp for ¼
With Crust, Bake in a frozen pie crust (not deep dish) for
50-55 minutes.  Cut into 6 slices and it's 6sp per slice.

Grammy's Stuffing (easiest stuffing ever and light)
Ingredients:  2 pkg Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned bread crumbs
1 Large yellow onion, 1 Bundle of celery
Sage to taste, Salt to taste, Turkey broth - 2 cups to start add more if needed
Should go into the oven moist so it doesn't dry out while baking Cut celery and onions and cook down in water until soft and drain. Add to bread crumbs with 2 cups of turkey broth. If more is need add. Add sage and salt to taste then bake at 350 until brown. Usually about 30 minutes. 3/4 cup 4sp
