EP 33 - We talk to Ngai Tūhoe about Urewera hunters permits

Interview with Te Urewera Board chairman, Tamati Kruger, about claims hunters with Department of Conservation-issued permits have been "banished" from the Uruwera Rangers.

Some Media reports claimed hunters had been baned from the ranges by Tuhoe we find out the Truth, we also talk about Tuhoe's plans for the Uruwera Rangers and how they could help Hunters!

As some of you will know the iwi now administers the ranges through the Te Uruwera Board, a Crown-Tuhoe partnership created after the Te Uruwera Act 2014 came into force in this year.
