Teka Allen has over 10 years of training and facilitation experience. She is known across the state of Georgia for her high energy and out of the box approach to engage, educate, and empower participants through whatever training she conducts. Teka has taught life skills and abstinence classes to more than 5,000 youth and has trained teens and adults to teach them as well. As a Trainer, Teka has facilitated workshops for the Georgia Department of Education (GDOE 21st century program), the Governor’s Office for Children and Families, Georgia Bank & Trust, and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, to name a few. Teka brings a sense of fun and purpose to her work with youth and adults alike, using result-based facilitation that encourages organizations to achieve at their highest levels. She values the power of relationships in the workplace and often encourages staff to identify and appreciate the differences to build stronger workplace relationships. She is a graduate of Augusta State University and worked for Columbia County Community Connections as the Assistant Director in Harlem, Ga. Teka is now a consultant and specializes in Leadership Training, Program Development, and Results Based Facilitation. It is her desire to motivate and inspire all.
