Good evening and welcome to another exciting episode of Cocktail Conversations on KLJN 107.7.

Well, it’s that time of the year again.... where the days are short and nights just get longer. And so many people are looking to cuddle.

After finally settling from your summer madness and back to your regular routine, getting children ready for school, work, dinner, homework, children activities and other duties.  Every now and then a date is thrown into your schedule to break things up.

So why do people continue to date over and over and most of the time these dates never pan out?

The Controversial Counselor has four essential talking points on why many of these dates don’t go anywhere.

So let's get ready for one or two virtual cocktails and some very real conversation. If at any time during this LIVE STREAM you would like to hit the phone lines and speak your thoughts on the subject, you can dial (914) 205-9481  and be sure to press "1".

Now without further adieu, here is the host of Cocktail Conversations on KLJN1077.com - The Controversial Counselor, Actor, Host of Radio and TV, Creator of Melvin Jenkins......Mr. David Lorenzo Glover

  1. Many times we go on dates and we know from the beginning, we are not interested in that person.

  2. People date for the wrong reasons such as for boredom, or sex but hardly for future commitment.

  3. Dates don’t work because many times we are getting hooked up by people who have relationship issues on their own.

  4. We go into dates looking for all the negatives and reasons not to like that particular individual because we have bitterness from our last previous relationship.
