Moving To A Smaller House?

Moving to a smaller house?  Contrary to what has happened with the 'baby boomers' in the past.

For the past 30 years the 'baby boomers' have been buying up to larger and larger homes.  And now this large segment of our population is sitting in a 2800 to 4500 square foot house with large yards and upkeep expenses with owners that do not use but a few rooms and complain about the ongoing expense of the exterior, taxes, maintaince costs etc.

Now What?
