What is Therapeutic Coaching? Therapeutic Coaching is isn't "Therapy" in the way we interpret it. Traditional Therapy deals with the surface issues and the reasons we have them. Therapeutic Coaching is a practice that examines the personal issues on a much deeper level. It works with employing several techniques to reprogram the subconscious perceptions that are the root cause for causing the behaviors that are self-defeating.

Twin Cities Therapeutic Coach Julie Johnson is our guest tonight to share how the technique works and how sessions with her can help you have a happier, satisfying, and productive life. She will be taking calls from our listeners with questions about their own challenges and what she might advise hypothetically. About Julie: Julie Johnson has been practicing Reiki since 1993 and enjoys the healing arts. Julie is also an Awakening Your Light Body graduate since 2001. Julie trained as a Flow Alignment and Connection Practitioner and is a Certified Awakening Your Light Body Instructor. In addition, Julie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences, has studied Advanced Psychic Development and Healing. Julie is a Therapeutic Coach and is currently finishing her advanced coaching certification in Spiritual Therapeutic Coaching. Julie works out of the Healing Loft in Minneapolis.
