Until a couple of years ago I'd spent a lot of time writing journals and lists of all the things that I could fix, things I wanted to be different, things I could have done better, and conversations that could have gone differently.
Until I started asking a different set of questions, I was stuck looking at what was wrong and avoiding it... or fixing it... or fixing it if I couldn't avoid it... None of that was freedom... None of that actually acknowleged what was actually possible nor did it foster greater choice.
