Kim Trueheart, Youth Advocate, Baltimore City: School Board, Harbor Point, Money

Kim Trueheart is an advocate in the City of Baltimore. She monitors the Baltimore City Council and the Baltimore City Public School Board. Part of her concern is how the City is managing the Harbor Point Project. Harbor Point features contaminated land that is set to be re-developed; there are questions surrounding, however, how campaign contributions were made to Council members who voted for the project.
