Arm the Women, Prepare the Children, Evil Has Cast Its Shadow.

When the God of truth sent His Son into the world as a child, conceived of the Holy Spirit, in a virgin named Mary, the eternal word of Truth was incarnated in flesh. When God sent His Son into the world a multitude of angels celebrated His birth and they filled the skies with glorious praise and revealed this wonder to shepherds in the fields, but not to the leaders of apostate Israel. God did not choose to step into His creation in holy and aweful majesty, allowing His angels to destroy sinful mankind, because He had made promises to the men of faith that had endured in their battles with the race of Adam, and God is the God of truth and cannot lie. It was in the fulness of time that His Son, Jesus of Nazareth, invaded a world that was under the influence of Satanic power and He did it as a little baby, as the promised seed of Abraham. He did not come in terrifying power, and with legions of angels, to win against the raging forces of evil.  He came to face darkness as light, to fight wickedness with goodness, to heal disease and demonic torment with the power of God and to face and defeat death by being crucified, trusting His Father to raise Him from the dead. And the Almighty God did raise the Savior from the dead and gave to Him all power and authority, and the forces of evil are manifesting a futile and terrible rage because their time is short and the final battle approaches. And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
