Another voting day in Tennessee.  All of us should be so lucky to just sit around and come up with cocker-spaniel amendments.  So let's see what we'll have to "tackle" throug this time at the polls.

Amendment 1 gives the State more control over regulating abortions?  Will this shut down Abortion Clinics?

Amendment 2 will allow the Governor (Haslam) to appoint Judges.  They won't be nominated anymore, and we won't get to say who gets to be a Judge.  The Federal Government still nominates Judges.  So why does Tennessee feel that we don't need to?  Will this bring back Discrimination?

Amendment 3, IF YOU VOTE YES, means that the State of Tennessee will never ever have a State Income or State Payroll Tax.  This means that people who live in Mississippi and Arkansas and still work in Tennessee and never have to pay a single penny in taxes.  If passed, will this mean more PROPERTY TAXES, for the already burdened HOMEOWNER?

And finally, Amendment 4 is a doozie.  It paves the way for 501(C)(19) organization to allow lotteries to raise money.  WHAT????   I'll bet you a dollar and a quarter that almost all of you do't even know what kind of organization this is?

Well, we will have all of the answers for you this Friday at 7:00pm.  State Representative Joe Towns is stopping by the show to tell us the "REAL" meanings of these Amendments.

Co-Host Sybil Marie Presley, Radio Personalities Sharon Coleman and Larone Woodard will be in the studio with their sessions.
