Why choose to be mediator?  Mediation offers unique benefits from other forms of dispute resolution. One such benefit is that community mediation brings the process of finding a shared frame of reference to communities.  This was explored and expanded through Quabbin Mediations partnership with the JAMS Foundation and the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM) from August 2014- August 2016bwhich focused on Veterans and Military Families.
