Tune in to the good show this week as Dolly takes on something that everybody struggles with at one time or another in life....DEPRESSION. How can you manage this illness and live a full, healthy life?  Dolly gets with the experts on strategies, exercises, and tips to help you deal with depression.  Dr. SUSAN J. NOONAN who is a certified Peer Specialist in the Department of Psychiatry at McLean Hospital, as well as a consultant on depression to the Massachusetts General Hospital is one of our guests today. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tufts University and a Master’s in Public Health, with a concentration in Quality of Care, from Harvard. She is the author of TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR DEPRESSION: Strategies to Help You Feel Better Now.

Later in the show....Dolly chats with Chicago-based not-for-profit, Kiwanis club which serves the youth in our community.  The Park Ridge chapter contributes more than $10,000 annually to support the work of local organizations, awards scholarhips to local students each spring, and provide holiday gift baskets to needy families. Imagine that?!!!  There are dozens of such chapters like this one all over Chicagoland, and they have quietly done these good works for years.  Let's discover just how they make it all happen.  Dolly chats with the President of that chapter Steve Judge.
