Jennifer Moreen was 38 years old and had just spent a week in the mountains. During the long drive back home to Minnesota we took a lunch break at a truck stop in a small town in Wyoming. While waiting for lunch I had a very sudden, very extreme pressure in my chest. It felt like many sandbags were pressing down on the center of my chest. I quickly became very hot and sweaty, my neck and jaw began to ache and my shoulder blades hurt.
