I often am asked this, most recently last night by a client who felt stuck. After our discussion she told me that it all made sense and that she knew what made her feel better. She knew what she had to do but needed reminding. She needed a little push of motivation, a little momentum starter to shift her out of the habbitual thinking/doing which was keeping her from being her best.
We have things in our life which take energy and we have others that reenergize us. Knowing which ones boost us and how to fit them in, despite the busy ness of life is what this show is about today.
