PhotobucketAfter years of working in family-owned business environments and later in the corporate arena, Gayle struck out on her own and founded access.office in 1998, providing marketing and public relations to small and mid-size businesses in the Metro NY area. As her customer base grew she began to notice gaps and bottlenecks in her clients’ business model that prevented them from reaching their financial goals despite her efforts. She found that those who literally courted their customers were highly profitable because they utilized the concept of Customer Relationships Management – a highly synergized business strategy designed to reduce costs and increase profitability by solidifying customer loyalty. Soon she became a noted CRM proponent, helping her clients attract and retain customers while building their brand recognition. Ten years after she founded access.office, she was hailed by local businesses as a one woman success story – garnering a six-figure income for her company. In 2009, access.office expanded its services to include the multicultural market by establishing the East Meets West division. Gayle is a networker extraordinaire. She is a member of several prominent business organizations including The Queens Chamber of Commerce and Adrian’s Network. She is a facilitator of Powerful You! Women's Network, Director of Communications for the Independent Business Women’s Circle, an advisory board member of Women Who Influence and sits on the advisory board committee of the Long Island Business Institute. She developed the Eastern Queens and Long Island Networking Group (EQLI) based at the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island. She is listed in the Biltmore Who’s Who.
