It's something we all experience, yet in most cultures failure is tantamount to a Scarlet Letter. Look no further than Corporate America or pretty much any government body to see examples of people who make mistakes - big ones - yet fail to own up to them or learn. Not so in Silicon Valley. Tech is an industry saturated with failure and it's often from that failure the greatest success comes. Next week marks the third annual FailCON - a conference dedicated to this topic.
