Mr. Bob Jameson, Director Center for Wellness, Richmond, VA.
Bob has over over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.  He attended the University Of Maine on a full football scholarship with a major in Kinesiology (human kinetics).  After four years at the University he participated in several NFL tryouts and Pro days.  He played one season of pro football in Berlin Germany and has several personal training certifications in: Crossfit kettlebell, IFPA, AFPA, Octane circuit, Functional Movement Screening, Recovery Training, and Special Population Training.  He has trained Pro athletes, stroke patients, cancer patients, amputees, weight loss, golfers, kids, stay at homes moms, pre and post natal and bodybuilders.  His goal is to educate as many people as possible in order to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.  His strategy is creating improvement opportunities to be “well” through one-on-one sessions, group sessions, team sessions, and seminars
